Portville Real Estate Development has started handing over units at its Ville 11 project. The project is in Masdar City.
The company received a building completion certificate from Abu Dhabi's Department of Municipalities and Transport.
The certificate was issued recently. It allows Portville to begin handovers 14 months ahead of schedule.
The project's contractual completion date was September 30, 2027. Reaching this stage more than a year early is a significant shift from the original timeline.
The development comprises 111 residential units. These include apartments, duplexes and triplex residences.
Portville has now begun handing over the homes to buyers. Owners can take possession of their properties much earlier than expected.
The developer said the early completion strengthens its reputation for delivering on its promises. It also reflects a disciplined approach to project management, quality control and construction excellence.
For buyers, an early handover also means they can move in, rent out, or otherwise use their units sooner than originally planned.

According to progress data on the DARI platform, several other Portville projects are also running ahead of schedule:
A spokesman for Portville said the company's remaining developments are continuing on track.
They are in line with their approved delivery timelines.
Taken together, the figures suggest the early handover of Ville 11 is not an isolated case, but part of a broader pattern across Portville's active projects.

The spokesman said the early handover of Ville 11 reflects the company's long-term commitment. It aims to deliver quality developments on time, or ahead of schedule.
He added that this continues to build confidence among homeowners and investors in Abu Dhabi's growing real estate market.
As more of Portville's projects reach or beat their scheduled milestones, the company appears to be using its delivery track record as a key part of how it positions itself to buyers.
