REDPORT and Dan Șucu have launched Infinity Nord, a mixed-use residential development in the Străulești-Dămăroaia area of northern Bucharest.
The project covers more than 4.6 hectares and is the largest development in REDPORT's portfolio.
Infinity Nord is planned to deliver approximately 1,200 homes across three successive phases.
Alongside residential units, the development will include retail, wellness and community spaces.
Auchan and World Class have already signed pre-lease agreements for approximately 95% of the commercial space in the first phase of Infinity Nord.
The pre-leases add retail and fitness offerings to the planned residential community. The development is being positioned as a mixed-use project that combines homes with services and shared spaces.
Infinity Nord is positioned in the affordable luxury segment. It joins The Level Apartments and Vitality Est in REDPORT's portfolio.
REDPORT was founded by Cosmin Savu-Cristescu and currently has a development portfolio exceeding €450 million.
Dan Șucu, founder of Mobexpert and the project's majority shareholder, is partnering with REDPORT on the development. His involvement brings experience in design, furniture and living-space fit-out.
Under the REDPORT x Mobexpert concept, apartments at Infinity Nord will be delivered semi-furnished. The purchase price will include a kitchen and wardrobe.
The concept connects the residential offering with Mobexpert's experience in furniture and interior solutions.
