UAE-based developer Reportage Group and Sabah Investment Group have showcased four residential projects within Sea Breeze, an integrated residential and resort destination on the Caspian Sea coast near Baku, Azerbaijan.
The projects were presented at an event in Abu Dhabi, highlighting the partners' international expansion strategy and the range of property opportunities available within the destination.
The four developments—Reportage Heights, Panorama by Elie Saab, Arabian Ranches Baku and Brabus Island Baku—offer different residential concepts, from contemporary waterfront apartments to branded residences and luxury villas.
Each development is designed to serve different buyer preferences and lifestyles within the wider Sea Breeze community.
The projects combine different architectural styles, property formats and lifestyle features within a single master-planned destination.
Their presentation also gave attendees an overview of Azerbaijan's property market and potential investment opportunities in residential, tourism and leisure developments.
Sea Breeze is located on the Caspian Sea coast, approximately 30 minutes from central Baku.
The destination covers around 500 hectares and includes more than three million square metres of completed residential and commercial space. It is home to more than 20,000 residents.
Founded by businessman Emin Agalarov, Sea Breeze is being developed as an integrated community that combines housing and tourism accommodation with commercial, leisure and lifestyle facilities.
The wider master plan, designed by British architecture and design firm Scott Brownrigg, extends along an 18-kilometre coastal strip. All development phases are targeted for completion by 2035.

Reportage Group is using its partnership with Sabah Investment Group to expand its presence in Azerbaijan and develop residential projects suited to different market segments.
Andrea Nucera, Group Managing Director at Reportage Group, said the company's international growth strategy focuses on markets where it can respond to local demand and create long-term value.
He highlighted Sea Breeze as a destination that brings residential living, tourism and leisure together.
The partnership combines Reportage's real estate development experience with Sabah Investment Group's local market knowledge.
The four projects represent different ways to serve buyers seeking homes within the wider coastal destination.

The showcase highlights the range of housing concepts being introduced within Sea Breeze, including waterfront apartments, family-oriented homes, branded residences and villas.
The mix reflects the development's broader positioning as a residential and resort destination rather than a standalone housing project.
While the event presented the projects and their investment potential, the announcement did not specify combined project values or new investment commitments.
Their contribution to Sea Breeze will develop alongside the wider master plan and its target completion date of 2035.
