SAMANA Launches COLLECTA for Premium Real Estate

SAMANA Developers has launched SAMANA COLLECTA, a new premium real estate brand focused on lifestyle-led residential destinations in Dubai and international markets.

The brand will debut with a flagship development at The World Islands, with a gross development value exceeding Dh4 billion.

The project will comprise 840 branded residences, seven floating villas and two tree villas. The launch marks a shift in the developer's strategy towards premium homes, distinctive locations and residential communities designed around lifestyle experiences.

New Brand Targets Premium Property Market

SAMANA COLLECTA is built around a “life first” approach, with a focus on how residents use and experience a location rather than its address alone.

The company plans to develop a selective portfolio of projects defined by design, international brand collaborations and curated residential experiences.

SAMANA Developers has launched 54 projects in Dubai, according to the company. With COLLECTA, it aims to expand beyond its existing residential portfolio and establish a dedicated platform for premium developments.

World Islands Project Includes 840 Residences

The first COLLECTA development is planned for The World Islands in Dubai. The residential collection will include studios and one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, alongside seven floating villas and two tree villas.

All residences are planned to offer sea views. The development is intended to support year-round living rather than function only as a holiday destination.

Starting prices are expected to be below Dh2 million, according to the announcement.

Waterfront Amenities and Island Connectivity

The planned amenities include multiple beaches, a lagoon, swimming pools, a beach club, water-sports facilities, spas, indoor and outdoor gyms, co-working spaces and a welcome centre. Retail outlets and everyday services are also planned to support residents.

The development is expected to include several dining concepts, including a floating Italian restaurant being developed with a Michelin-recognised culinary partner.

Regular yacht shuttle services between the island and mainland Dubai are planned at 30-minute intervals, although the embarkation points are yet to be announced.

International Expansion Planned for Collecta

SAMANA Developers said COLLECTA will begin in Dubai before expanding into selected international lifestyle and waterfront destinations. The company intends to build a pipeline of projects under the new brand.

The residences are also being developed in collaboration with an internationally recognised Italian luxury marque. The brand partner's identity is expected to be announced separately.

The launch signals the developer's move towards integrated lifestyle destinations combining homes, leisure facilities and services within a single development concept.
