Savills expands its property management portfolio to over 1.1 million square metres across multiple real estate sectors

Savills has expanded its property management portfolio to more than 1.1 million square metres after securing new mandates covering almost 275,000 square metres since the beginning of 2026.

The newly managed properties belong to portfolios owned by AXELOR Group, Raiffeisen investiční společnost, EQT Real Estate and six other clients.

The properties span several real estate sectors, including logistics and industrial facilities, offices, retail parks, shopping centres, hotels, residential buildings and data centres.

The expansion strengthens Savills' property management business and broadens the range of assets under its supervision.

Property Management Focuses on Asset Performance

Igor Gacek, Head of Property Management at Savills, said the role of property managers extends beyond ensuring the day-to-day operation of buildings.

The focus increasingly includes active asset management and helping owners make decisions about the operation and future development of their properties.

Key priorities include reducing operating costs, preparing buildings for legislative changes, meeting environmental, social and governance (ESG) targets and enhancing long-term investment value.

Asset Management and ESG Priorities

Aneta Kottová, Head of Asset Management at AXELOR Group, highlighted the importance of selecting a high-quality property management partner.

She said property managers must respond to changes across different areas of property management while understanding their impact on asset value and performance.

She also described property management as an integral part of the investment cycle, supporting portfolio performance and long-term value creation.

Savills Broadens Its Managed Real Estate Portfolio

The new mandates cover a diverse range of property types and ownership portfolios.

This expansion reflects the growing scope of property management services, which increasingly combine operational oversight with cost management, regulatory preparation and ESG objectives.

With more than 1.1 million square metres under management, Savills continues to develop its property management business across multiple real estate sectors.
