Following its debut in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex, Tesla, the world’s leading electric vehicle innovator, has opened its second showroom in India—this time in Delhi’s bustling Aerocity at Worldmark 2. Spanning 8,200 sq ft, this facility positions Tesla at the heart of the National Capital Region, enabling greater engagement with discerning Indian EV buyers and enthusiasts.
Situated near Indira Gandhi International Airport, embassies, and corporate offices, the showroom enjoys premium connectivity. This site amplifies Tesla's brand visibility and accessibility to affluent consumers and business leaders within Delhi NCR.
Leveraging the advantage of its prime location, Tesla has installed four V4 Superchargers in the showroom’s basement parking. Complemented by four Destination Charging Stalls with AC chargers, these amenities dramatically enhance the charging experience. The fast chargers enable Tesla’s flagship Model Y to gain up to 267 km of range in just 15 minutes—equivalent to nearly five round trips between the airport and Mumbai’s Gateway of India.
This showroom opening is part of a growing infrastructure network. Tesla plans to extend these Superchargers across the Delhi NCR, including spots like Saket, Noida, and the Horizon Center in Gurugram. Beyond the capital, cities such as Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, and Jaipur are slated to receive rapid charging setups, facilitating widespread EV adoption.
Currently, Tesla offers the Model Y in India in two variants: Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) and Long-Range Rear-Wheel Drive (LR RWD). Starting at Rs 59.89 lakh ex-showroom, these models bring ranges of 500 km and 622 km respectively. Clean, green, and fast, the Model Y exemplifies Tesla’s commitment to redefining sustainable mobility in India for both urban commuters and long-distance drivers.
