The Executive Centre (TEC), a flexible workspace provider, announced a new launch on September 1.
It has opened a workstations property at DLF Atrium Place, Gurugram. The centre spans approximately 94,100 sq ft.
It offers over 1,000 workstations. TEC said this further strengthens its presence in India.
According to the company, the property is strategically located in one of India's foremost global business districts.
DLF Atrium Place offers strong connectivity, with close proximity to public transport networks.
TEC said this makes it an ideal destination for multinational corporations, Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and fast-growing enterprises.
The centre is housed within a Grade A office building. The building is USGBC LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum pre-certified. TEC said the new centre reflects its commitment to sustainability, wellness and world-class workplace design.

The launch comes amid sustained leasing momentum in India's office market. CBRE recently reported record quarterly office absorption of 24.6 million sq ft in Q2 2026.
Delhi-NCR recorded its highest-ever quarterly flex space take-up during the same period, the company said. This reflects continued demand for premium, flexible workplaces from enterprise occupiers.
TEC said its focus remains on enterprise clients. It aims to deliver premium work environments backed by consistent service, operational excellence and global scale.
The company currently operates across 38 cities in 15 markets, supporting businesses at every stage of expansion.
