Tribeca Developers Unveils Tribeca Estates, Appoints Dharam Mehta as Managing Partner

Marking this strategic expansion, Tribeca announced the appointment of industry veteran Dharam Mehta as Managing Partner of the new division.

Dharam Mehta, an alumnus of the Wharton School of Finance and the University of Texas at Austin, brings over two decades of expertise in real estate investment, workspace strategy, and business development. His leadership roles at WeWork India, Phoenix Workspaces, and Delta Corp have seen him drive large-scale projects and strategic partnerships, as well as expand hospitality and casino assets across India.
