Único Homes is expanding into Zaragoza with its first residential development in the city.
The developer is investing €42 million in Lagos Miralbueno, a 112-home project in the Miralbueno neighbourhood.
The development will be delivered under a cooperative model and will include three, four and five-bedroom homes.
Sales are scheduled to begin in September 2026, with prices starting at €292,000 and completion planned for 2029.
The residential project will include different home types, including properties with terraces and penthouses.
Every home will include a parking space and storage room.
Lagos Miralbueno will also provide several shared amenities. These include a swimming pool, gym, residents' social room, children's play areas and a pickleball court.
The project is located in Miralbueno, a growing residential area with access to services, green spaces and major transport connections. The neighbourhood is connected to central Zaragoza, Zaragoza-Delicias station and the airport.

The launch comes as Zaragoza's residential market faces rising prices and limited new housing supply.
Asking prices in the city reached €2,343 per square metre in August, up 10.5% year-on-year, according to idealista data cited by Iberian Property.
Miralbueno recorded a stronger annual increase of 14.8%, reaching €2,418 per square metre.
Aragón also recorded 1,128 new-build home transactions in the first quarter of 2026, highlighting continued activity in the new residential segment.
With Lagos Miralbueno, Único Homes is adding Zaragoza to its expansion strategy while strengthening its focus on cooperative residential development.
