UNIQA Real Estate Management is opening its real estate investment and management platform to third-party investors.

The company has managed property investments for the UNIQA Group for 50 years.

The new business line will target international institutional investors and large family offices.

Germany and Austria will be the initial focus markets for the third-party investment business.

UNIQA Real Estate manages approximately €3 billion in real estate assets across Austria and Central and Eastern Europe.

The move allows external investors to access the company's investment and asset management capabilities.

Investment Options Include Funds and Club Deals

UNIQA Real Estate will provide different structures based on investor requirements and investment strategies.

These will include fund vehicles, separate accounts and club deals.

The company said the structures are designed for institutional investors seeking tailored investment mandates.

Its management platform covers major stages of the real estate investment lifecycle, including asset and portfolio management.

Thomas Erdmann, Managing Director of UNIQA Real Estate Management, said the company is making its experience in Austria and CEE markets available to external capital.
