Wynn Al Marjan Island has announced Townhomes, a new ultra-private accommodation offering within Enclave, the resort's boutique hotel in Ras Al Khaimah.
The Townhomes are positioned at the very heart of the resort. They are arrived at through the Royal Foyer. They are available by exclusive reservation only.
The launch adds a third distinct accommodation type to Enclave, alongside the existing Apartments and Marina and Ocean Estates.
What the Townhomes Offer
The Townhomes are designed to function as private residences within a resort setting. Each spans two levels. The scale is significant:
- Two-bedroom layouts: from 630 sqm
- Four-bedroom layouts: up to 1,110 sqm
- Primary suites, dedicated private spa with hammam and tepidarium
- Palatial living and dining rooms, library, billiards salon and media room
- Contemporary kitchen, bar and generous entertaining spaces
- Fully enclosed verdant courtyard with multiple plunge pools
- Soaring vaulted ceilings, grand staircases and refined architectural detailing throughout
Guests have access to a private beachfront. Each Townhome comes with dedicated 24-hour butler and culinary staff and private chauffeured transportation.

The Design Philosophy Behind Them
Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design and Development, described the Townhomes as an entirely different category of accommodation.
He said the concept moves beyond the traditional idea of a villa or penthouse. Every detail was created specifically for these spaces.
The result, he said, is spaces that feel deeply personal, highly curated and as distinctive as the finest homes anywhere in the world.
The design references are deliberately residential rather than hospitality. Evocative of the Parisian hôtels particuliersthe grand aristocratic urban mansions of the French capital the Townhomes are architecturally and experientially removed from the wider resort while remaining at its centre.
The effect is privacy without isolation.

Enclave After the Townhomes Launch
With the Townhomes added, Enclave now comprises 323 accommodations across suites, Apartments, Townhomes and Marina and Ocean Estates.
Lenahan described Enclave as a destination within the resort and the Townhomes as taking that concept one step further.
They have a character and identity all their own, created for guests seeking the privacy and permanence of a home within a world-class resort setting.
For Ras Al Khaimah's broader luxury hospitality ambitions, the Townhomes launch signals that Wynn Al Marjan Island is building a product tier that sits above anything currently available in the UAE market.
Space, at up to 1,110 sqm per accommodation, is the most explicit statement of that positioning. Few resort properties anywhere in the world offer guest accommodations at that scale.
