Al Rehab Developments is expanding its presence in Egypt's real estate market, with Sadat City at the centre of its growth strategy. The company's current investment portfolio stands at around EGP 5bn.
It has more than nine years of market experience and seven projects under development, covering approximately 33,000 sqm across commercial, administrative, medical and residential uses.
Ahmed Tablaya, Chairperson of Al Rehab Developments, said the company sees continued opportunity in Sadat City specifically.
The city's urban and industrial expansion is generating sustained demand for commercial, administrative and medical facilities that serve both growing residential communities and the businesses operating in its industrial zones.
Al Rehab has positioned its projects at locations it considers best placed to capture that demand from investors, businesses and working professionals.
Ahmed Mohamed, Executive Director, outlined the current portfolio:

Mohamed said the company's strategy extends beyond construction and handover. Al Rehab plans to work with specialist operators to manage completed developments, covering operations, maintenance, security and after-sales services.
It is a model that treats asset performance after delivery as part of the developer's remit rather than someone else's problem once keys are handed over.

The company's upcoming expansion will be guided by assessments of market demand and the specific needs of target areas.
The focus will remain on building a diversified portfolio across different real estate uses rather than concentrating on a single segment.
Sadat City's continued growth as both a residential hub and an industrial centre makes it a logical base for that strategy.
For a developer that has spent nearly a decade building local knowledge and a track record in one market, deepening rather than diversifying geographically is a disciplined call one that the city's trajectory appears to support.
