SkyNest luxury residential towers by BPTP in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad

Faridabad-based developer BPTP Limited has sold around 150 apartments worth Rs 750 crore. The sales are in its luxury residential project in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad. The company shared this in a statement on October 9.

About SkyNest

SkyNest is spread across 5.4 acres. It comprises two residential towers with a total of 325 apartments.

The project has been designed by Singapore-based WOW Consultants. The average ticket size is approximately Rs 5 crore per apartment, the company said.

What BPTP's CEO Said

Manik Malik is CEO and president of BPTP Limited. He said the Rs 750 crore in sales so far is a milestone for the project.

He added that it shows demand for quality residential offerings at the premium end of the market.

Connectivity

The project is connected to the Faridabad Bypass Road. This road is part of the DND-Faridabad-KMP Expressway.

It is also linked to NH-44. The FNG corridor offers connectivity towards Noida and Ghaziabad.

DLF's Senior Living Sell-Out

Earlier this week, DLF Ltd announced that it had sold all 172 homes in its senior living project, The Aureva. The project is in Sector 63, Gurugram. The sales were worth Rs 1,985 crore.

The Aureva is spread across 4.17 acres. It has twin residential towers offering three- and four-bedroom homes.

These range from approximately 3,185 sq ft to 3,856 sq ft. Each tower has four residences per floor and nine lifts.

The development also offers more than 82,000 sq ft of amenities and landscaped spaces.

NCR Housing Sales in Q3 2026

According to Anarock, overall housing sales across the seven major cities rose 3 percent year-on-year to more than 1 lakh units in Q3 2026. In value terms, sales rose 2 percent to Rs 1.55 lakh crore.

NCR recorded around 13,765 units. That was up 3 percent quarter-on-quarter but down 1 percent year-on-year.

MMR sales rose 11 percent quarterly and 5 percent annually. Bengaluru recorded around 16,670 units, up 12 percent annually.

Pune recorded about 15,690 units, up 20 percent quarterly but down 6 percent annually. Hyderabad saw around 12,970 units, rising 15 percent both quarterly and annually.

Kolkata recorded around 3,980 units, up 3 percent quarterly but down 4 percent annually.

Chennai recorded approximately 5,395 units, up 5 percent quarterly but down 10 percent annually.
