CTP has signed two new leases covering more than 104,000 square metres at CTPark Iłowa in western Poland.
The deals reflect growing demand from Asian-linked e-commerce businesses and third-party logistics (3PL) operators across Europe.
A major Chinese fast-fashion e-commerce platform has leased 66,214 square metres across two buildings.
The space includes 46,595 square metres in one building and 19,619 square metres in another.
An international 3PL operator has taken a further 37,801 square metres for logistics and distribution activities.
CTPark Iłowa Supports Cross-Border Logistics
CTPark Iłowa is located along the E36 route between Berlin and Wrocław, next to the A18 motorway.
The park is around 40 kilometres from the Polish-German border, giving tenants access to both Polish and Western European markets.
The location is suited to cross-border logistics, e-commerce fulfilment and regional distribution.
The park currently comprises 174,000 square metres of gross leasable area, with another 42,000 square metres of adjacent landbank.
Existing tenants include Hermes Fulfilment and Saint-Gobain Innovative.
The park also benefits from access to a large working-age population and a regional workforce with experience in several industrial sectors.

Asian E-Commerce Drives Logistics Demand
Asian occupiers now account for more than 12% of CTP's portfolio. They represented around 15% of leases signed across the CTPark network during the past 24 months.
CTP said demand from Asian e-commerce companies and the 3PL providers supporting them is increasing as supply chains become more complex.
Changing trade conditions, including the European Union's decision to impose customs duties on small parcels, are also influencing logistics strategies.
The latest leases therefore highlight the growing role of western Poland in European e-commerce distribution and supply-chain operations.

CTP Reports Strong Leasing Activity in 2026
The Iłowa agreements come after strong leasing activity across CTP's wider portfolio.
The company signed 1.6 million square metres of leases during the first half of 2026, representing a 55% increase from the same period in 2025.
CTP attributed the growth to supply-chain professionalisation, manufacturing in Europe for European markets and rising domestic consumption in Central and Eastern Europe.
The latest deals further strengthen CTPark Iłowa's position as a major logistics location for companies serving European consumers.
