Elevate has launched Mondrian Beach Villa, a five-bedroom luxury residence on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
The property is the final available residence in The Edit Collection and forms part of Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences.
Priced at AED 50 million ($13.6 million), the villa is being offered under a 35/65 payment plan.
The launch was announced by senior company officials at an unveiling event held recently in Dubai.
The duplex residence spans more than 8,470 sq ft and features 28-foot ceiling heights, sunset views and direct access to the beach.
Its design combines indoor and outdoor living, with the main living area opening into a large private garden and swimming pool connected to the beachfront.
The villa also includes two private parking spaces with direct access to the home.
These entrances are separate from the development’s main lobby and communal entry points, providing residents with an additional level of privacy.
Residents will have access to a range of shared facilities within the development. These include the Courtyard Pool and Bar, Fitness Studio, Residents Sky Club, rooftop padel court and recovery facilities.
The residence brings together the privacy of an individual beachfront home with the design-led lifestyle and amenities associated with the Mondrian brand.
The property is part of the wider Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences development.
