RAK Properties and RAKBANK launch off-plan home financing solution in Ras Al Khaimah

RAK Properties has partnered with RAKBANK to introduce a new financing solution for buyers of off-plan homes in Ras Al Khaimah.

The initiative is designed to give eligible customers greater flexibility when financing residential purchases during the construction phase.

The solution allows buyers to access structured financing at different stages of their property purchase.

Customers can also make a lower initial investment before accessing financing, subject to eligibility and applicable terms and conditions.

Financing to Cover Construction Through Handover

The new arrangement is primarily focused on off-plan and under-construction properties. It is designed to support buyers throughout the purchase journey, from construction through to handover.

RAK Properties and RAKBANK said the offering combines tailored financing solutions with exclusive offers.

The partnership is intended to provide greater certainty to buyers who want to secure financing earlier in the development cycle.

The companies described the arrangement as a first-of-its-kind solution in Ras Al Khaimah's residential property market.

It provides an alternative to relying only on traditional mortgage financing closer to project completion.

Selected RAK Properties Projects Included

The financing programme will initially be available across selected RAK Properties developments.

These include Skai, Quattro Del Mar, Solera, NURA, Anantara Residences, Anantara Villas, ENTA, Lunara on The Strand, Mirasol 1, Mirasol 2, Beach Villas and The Edge.

These projects cover a range of residential developments in Ras Al Khaimah.

The offering therefore gives eligible buyers financing access across several properties within the developer's existing development pipeline.

Partnership Targets Greater Property Accessibility

Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of RAK Properties, said the partnership aims to make premium residential ownership in Ras Al Khaimah more accessible.

RAKBANK Group CEO Raheel Ahmed said the solution provides buyers with greater flexibility and support from construction through to receiving their homes.

The launch comes as Ras Al Khaimah continues to attract residential development and property investment.

By linking financing with selected off-plan projects, the partnership could make it easier for eligible buyers to plan funding earlier in the property purchase cycle.
