Polish developer Duda Development has sold more than 30% of the apartments at its Dobry Szeląg residential project in Poznań, Poland.
Located at ul. Wilczak 12a in the Winogrady district, the development will comprise 120 apartments, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2029. Listed prices range from 12,150 to 16,200 złoty per square metre.
The sales milestone indicates that more than 30% of the planned apartments have been sold before the project's scheduled completion.
The development includes homes ranging from 28 square metres to more than 140 square metres, with layouts offering between one and six rooms.
The range of apartment sizes gives prospective buyers different residential options within the same development. The project combines residential units with shared amenities and design features intended to support everyday comfort.
Dobry Szeląg's announced prices range from 12,150 to 16,200 Polish złoty per square metre. The final price of an individual apartment will depend on its size and applicable pricing for that unit.
The project offers apartments measuring from 28 square metres to more than 140 square metres. This range accommodates different space requirements, from smaller homes to larger apartments with multiple rooms.
For buyers evaluating residential property, the quoted price per square metre is one factor to consider alongside the total purchase price, apartment layout, building specifications and location.
The reported sales progress provides information about this project's performance, but does not establish wider price trends across Poznań.
Duda Development president Wojciech Duda said buyers increasingly assess more than floor area when choosing a property.
He highlighted architecture, aesthetics, construction techniques and details such as acoustic performance as important considerations.
Dobry Szeląg will feature ceiling heights of up to 3.3 metres and rooftop terraces assigned to selected apartments.
Shared facilities will include a landscaped patio, a pram storage area and a bicycle room with a repair station. A separate washing station will serve bicycles and pets.
The building will also incorporate rooftop photovoltaic panels to supply common areas, a water treatment station and anti-smog filters designed to maintain indoor air quality throughout the year.
The development is located in Poznań's Winogrady district, near the recreational area along the Warta River.
According to the project information, a cycle ride to Cytadela Park takes eight minutes, while the Old Market Square is a ten-minute ride away.
Shops, schools, kindergartens and public transport stops are also within walking distance. Access to everyday amenities and recreational spaces forms part of the project's residential offering.
