Everestview Development has launched Montania Gate, a mixed-use development on 60,000 sqm in Sheikh Zayed City, West Cairo.
The project sits adjacent to Emaar's Cairo Gate and opposite Carrefour Dandy Mall and Smart Village.
It is Everestview's fifth project in West Cairo since the company entered the market in 2021 and the most ambitious in terms of scale and component mix.
The development covers a broad range of uses across a single site:
Walid Salah, Chief Commercial Officer at Everestview, said the design prioritises direct vehicle access to and from the parking garage, allowing a larger portion of the site to be allocated to landscaped areas a deliberate trade-off in favour of green space over built coverage.

Everestview has brought together a specialist team for Montania Gate. Raef Fahmy is handling the commercial component design.
ACE Moharram.Bakhoum is involved in broader project design. KAD Commercial Property Management will manage commercial operations. Vodafone is the technology partner. Dreams and HSG are involved in consulting and design.
Mohamed Samir El Shennawy, Chairperson of Everestview Development, said Montania Gate is part of the company's strategy to expand its West Cairo portfolio.
The company was established in 2004 and has developed more than 10 projects across Egyptian cities. Of its four West Cairo projects, two have been delivered.
Construction is currently underway on Montania Gardens, its third project in the area. Initial delivery of Montania Gate's residential units is targeted within 3.5 years of launch.

El Shennawy also said the company is evaluating opportunities outside its current West Cairo focus, including a potential tourism project on Egypt's North Coast.
Mohamed El-Gazzar, Deputy Chief Commercial Officer, described Montania Gate as reflecting Everestview's approach to developing mixed-use communities that bring residential, commercial and supporting services together on a single site an approach the company has been building towards since its West Cairo entry five years ago.
