Hyde Park Developments has launched One Hyde Park, a 240-feddan residential masterplan in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement comprising approximately 8,500 homes.
It is the developer's ninth project in Egypt and its fourth launch of 2026, extending a strong pipeline of East Cairo activity that already includes Hyde Park New Cairo, Hyde Park Central, Hyde Park Views and Hyde Park Terraces.
The masterplan is designed as a fully integrated community spanning residential, educational, recreational and retail uses alongside significant open space. Key components include:
One Hyde Park connects directly to the Middle Ring Road, giving residents strong access to East Cairo's principal road network. Key travel times from the development:
Residents will also have access to Ryze Club at Hyde Park New Cairo, the developer's established club facility in the adjoining development an immediate lifestyle amenity that new communities typically take years to develop independently.

One Hyde Park is the fourth Hyde Park launch this year. The three earlier 2026 launches were Hyde Park Terraces, the Water Residences phase at Hyde Park Central and the Shore Residence phase within Seashore on the North Coast at Ras El Hekma.
Together, the four 2026 launches reflect a developer actively expanding across both East Cairo and the North Coast, adding supply across multiple price points and product types within a single year.

New Cairo's Fifth Settlement has evolved over the past two decades from a largely undeveloped suburban extension into one of Egypt's most active residential markets, attracting investment from domestic buyers, Egyptian diaspora and institutional capital.
A project of One Hyde Park's scale 8,500 units on 240 feddans with six landmark towers and two international schools represents a confident vote in the corridor's continued growth.
The combination of community infrastructure built-in from the start and direct connectivity to the New Administrative Capital positions One Hyde Park to capture demand from both established Fifth Settlement buyers and the growing population of professionals working in or near the capital.
