Infinity Developments Business Bay office acquisition Dh60 million Grade A Dubai 2026

Infinity Developments has acquired approximately 20,000 sq ft of Grade A office space in Dubai's Business Bay for Dh60 million ($16 million).

The deal prices the space at nearly Dh3,000 per square foot.

The acquisition marks the company's most significant commitment to the UAE to date, giving it a permanent operational base in one of Dubai's primary commercial corridors.

Why Business Bay and Why Now

Samuel Saba, Chairman and CEO of Infinity Developments, said Dubai's strategic position as an international hub connecting investors across Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Asia was the primary driver behind the move.

He described Business Bay's location at the heart of Dubai's commercial landscape as an ideal base for a company with growing international ambitions.

He also made a commercial argument for the acquisition beyond corporate infrastructure, saying he believes Dubai's office market remains significantly undervalued and that demand for quality commercial space will continue to support long-term capital appreciation.

A Developer Built Across Africa and the UAE

Infinity Developments has its operational roots in East Africa, primarily in Zanzibar and Mainland Tanzania.

Its African portfolio spans luxury hospitality, residential, mixed-use and heritage-led developments, with a total development portfolio valued at approximately $600 million. Key projects include:

  • Anantara Zanzibar Resort & Residences
  • Infinity Hills
  • The upcoming NH Collection Pemba Wellness Resort
  • Hospitality and heritage projects in Zanzibar's Stone Town

The company has also participated in the restoration of historic properties and public spaces in Tanzania, combining commercial development with heritage conservation across its East African footprint.

Dubai as an International Gateway

For Infinity Developments, the Business Bay office is not simply a workspace. It is designed to function as a platform for relationship-building, investor engagement and operational coordination across its regional and international activities.

The company said it is also exploring the possibility of opening an office in Europe as part of a broader international expansion strategy.

From a property investment perspective, acquiring rather than leasing office space in Business Bay locks in a position in a market the company believes is entering a period of stronger commercial performance.
