The 22nd edition of the International Property Show (IPS) 2026 has opened at Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing together global investors, developers, institutional capital allocators, and real estate professionals.

The three-day event is focused on investment opportunities, business partnerships, and deal-making across Dubai and international property markets.

With more than 300 exhibitors, IPS 2026 is positioning itself as a major platform for connecting global capital with Dubai’s expanding real estate development landscape.

Global Investors Connect With Dubai Developers

IPS 2026 is designed around direct engagement between investors and development companies.

Institutional investors can explore active development portfolios, assess upcoming projects and engage directly with developers to identify potential investment opportunities.

The Dubai Land Department has highlighted IPS as an important platform for connecting investors with opportunities across the emirate.

Dubai’s regulatory framework, transparent data, efficient services, and expanding digital infrastructure continue to support investor confidence in the market.

These factors are strengthening Dubai’s position as an international destination for real estate investment.

Leading Developers Showcase New Opportunities

Several major developers are participating in IPS 2026, including Azizi Properties, Binghatti, Danube, Fakhruddin Properties, SanZen, and Union Properties.

Their participation covers a broad range of opportunities, including residential communities, luxury residences, mixed-use developments, hospitality projects, and smart-city developments.

The presence of more than 300 exhibitors also allows investors to explore businesses and services spanning the wider real estate value chain.

PropTech and Future Cities Take the Spotlight

Technology is a key focus of IPS 2026. The event features innovation zones dedicated to PropTech and emerging technologies that are transforming real estate transactions and investor experiences.

The exhibition is organised around five key pillars: Real Estate, Future Cities, Startups & PropTech, Design, and Services.

This structure enables participants to explore traditional property investments alongside technologies and infrastructure shaping the future of urban development.

IPS 2025 Recorded Strong Business Activity

The previous edition of IPS recorded significant international participation.

According to the organisers, IPS 2025 attracted 30,719 visitors from 153 countries, while generating more than AED 500 million in documented transactions and deals.

The event also resulted in 50 signed memoranda of understanding (MoUs). IPS 2026 is expected to attract more than 30,000 global participants.

IPS 2026 Expands Its Investment Reach

A key advantage this year is the event’s co-location with AIM Congress, creating opportunities to connect real estate decision-makers with wider institutional investment and cross-border capital networks.

IPS President Dawood Al Shezawi said the event provides direct access to major developers and transformational real estate portfolios where investment decisions and strategic partnerships can progress.

With Dubai continuing to attract international property investment, IPS 2026 provides a platform for investors to assess new opportunities and connect with the developers shaping the emirate’s future real estate landscape.
