Its active construction portfolio exceeds Dh477 billion ($130 billion), supported by more than 38,600 active licenses, including over Dh200 billion ($57 billion) allocated to the Abu Dhabi Plan for Infrastructure and a Dh55 billion public-private partnership pipeline.

A Pan-UAE Investment Platform

IREIS is structured as a results-driven sales event, where developers engage directly with investors and transactions, reservations and bookings take place on-site. The 2026 edition will showcase opportunities not just in Abu Dhabi but also across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah, reflecting a growing trend of Abu Dhabi-based investors diversifying across emirates. Alongside the exhibition, a high-level conference will bring together government officials, developers, and economists to discuss topics including sustainable infrastructure, fractional ownership, PropTech, and UAE-Europe investment corridors.

Speaking about the event, IREIS representative Arun Bose described it as "the UAE's real estate marketplace" where developers and investors finalize transactions, adding that opportunities from across the Emirates will be brought together under one roof.
