Slovak developer Lucron has launched sales for Na námestí II, a new residential phase within the Arboria district in Trnava, Slovakia. It will comprise 81 apartments across three six-storey buildings. Construction is scheduled to start in summer 2027, with completion targeted for summer 2029.
Homes will be offered in two-, three- and four-room layouts.
Some will include terraces or ground-floor gardens. The buildings will form part of a wider district centre taking shape alongside the first Na námestí phase, which is already under construction.
Plans for the district centre include a square with greenery, seating and a water feature, as well as a café, restaurant, new bus stop, nursery school and retail units.
At handover, apartments are set to include triple-glazed windows, fire-resistant entrance doors, flooring, wall tiles and sanitary fittings. Pre-installation for shading is also included.
Buyers must pay 10% of the purchase price upfront, with the remaining 90% due on completion.
Lucron Group Commercial Director Juraj Šahún said Na námestí would add housing while helping shape Arboria's centre through public space, greenery and services. He also said the developer's fifteen years of experience with the district informs its further development plans.
By the end of 2025, Arboria had more than 1,500 completed apartments, with the district's planned total expected to exceed 3,000.
It includes approximately 35,000 square metres of parks and green areas, a Relax Park with sports facilities, ten children's playgrounds, and a network of shops, services and healthcare facilities.
The city centre is around six minutes away by public transport, while motorway access is available within a few minutes, according to the article.
Lucron also plans to launch sales for Arboria Zimná in the coming months. That phase is expected to add another 81 apartments. Together, Na námestí II and Arboria Zimná represent 162 apartments based on the stated figures (81 + 81).
