Matexi Polska Holding & Finance has listed its Series D corporate bonds on the Catalyst market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The four-year bonds have a total value of PLN 105 million.
The listing took place on September 3, 2026. The bonds carry a floating interest rate of WIBOR 6M plus 400 basis points. Interest will be paid to investors every six months.
The company plans to use the proceeds to refinance existing debt and support further residential development in Poland. The funding will help Matexi Polska continue its activity in key housing markets.
The bond issue is part of a broader programme established with Michael / Ström Dom Maklerski. Under the programme, Matexi Polska can raise up to PLN 300 million over two years, through the end of June 2028.

The Catalyst debut gives Matexi Polska access to a wider group of institutional and individual investors. The company also expects its presence on the public market to increase transparency and support long-term investor relationships.
Matexi has used Poland's bond market for more than six years. The developer has issued bonds worth more than PLN 350 million in total, while three earlier issuances have already been fully repaid.

Matexi Polska has operated in Poland since 2010 as part of the Belgian Matexi Group. The company has sold approximately 4,000 apartments in Warsaw and Kraków and has secured land for around 3,500 additional units.
The developer is continuing to focus on Warsaw and Kraków while preparing additional residential projects. The latest bond listing strengthens its financing platform as it works to expand its residential development pipeline in Poland.
