Marasi Bay in Dubai's Burj Khalifa District is central to OMNIYAT's waterfront portfolio. The destination combines private residences with hospitality, wellness, dining and leisure facilities.
Direct water access connects homes with the surrounding city and sea. The destination also includes a padel court, running track, art trail and resident-only wellness spaces.
VELA and VELA Viento, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, are positioned as sister waterfront residences within Marasi Bay. Both developments offer different approaches to living beside the water.

The Alba Offers a Private Beachfront Experience
On Palm Jumeirah, The Alba, Dorchester Collection, Dubai offers a more secluded approach to waterfront living. The development combines private beachfront surroundings with Dorchester Collection hospitality.
The Alba includes a 2,700-square-metre Wellness Centre focused on longevity, movement and hydrotherapy. It also features a 250-metre private beach designed around a resort-style residential experience.

OMNIYAT's Palm Jumeirah portfolio is also approaching new delivery milestones. Handovers at AVA at Palm Jumeirah and ORLA, Dorchester Collection, Dubai are due soon.
ORLA, designed by Foster + Partners, features 360-degree sea views. Together, the projects demonstrate different approaches to premium waterfront living, from connected urban destinations to private beachfront retreats.
