REINO IO Logistics has completed the REINO IO Piotrków BTS logistics centre in Piotrków Trybunalski, central Poland.
The build-to-suit facility covers nearly 27,000 sq m.
The centre was developed for Polish Logistics LLP. REINO IO Logistics managed the development.
Kajima Poland handled the design and general construction under a design-and-build contract.
The facility includes 25,900 sq m of warehouse and cross-dock space.
The building has also been designed to accommodate an automated sorting system.
A two-storey office section adds another 1,682 sq m to the development.
The facility was designed around the operational requirements of its logistics tenant.
The logistics centre is located on Logistyczna Street.
The project occupies a site of approximately 154,000 sq m.
About 96,000 sq m of the site is covered by manoeuvring yards, roads, parking areas and other paved surfaces.
The development provides around 400 parking spaces, including nearly 200 spaces for heavy goods vehicles.
The cross-dock facility has been designed to support high-volume logistics operations.
The building has 143 loading docks.
Its structure is column-free in key operational areas. The warehouse section prepared for the automated sorter has a span of 55.6 metres.
The cross-dock section has a span of 36.6 metres.
