Bollywood actor Salman Khan has announced a luxury residential project in Punjab, reportedly involving an investment of ₹2,500 crore.
The proposed development is said to feature six high-rise towers offering 3 and 4 BHK luxury apartments, according to media reports.
The announcement featured a promotional advertisement involving luxury watch and jewellery brand Jacob & Co and real estate company GB Realty. Earlier reports had linked the actor to a proposed residential development in the Chandigarh region.
The proposed Salman Khan residential project is expected to feature modern amenities and could potentially be developed as a township.
Reports suggest a six-tower configuration with 3 and 4 BHK apartments, although the development's final specifications have not been confirmed in the announcement.
Earlier in October 2026, reports indicated that names associated with the actor, including SK Towers, The Salman Towers and Salman Khan Towers, had been registered for the proposed development.
A promotional video released on Saturday night showed Khan presenting the project while wearing a luxury watch reportedly valued at approximately ₹41 lakh.
The advertisement was subsequently shared through the actor's fan accounts.
