Signature Global Awards Rs 496 Cr Gurugram Contract

Signature Global has awarded a Rs 496 crore construction contract to B.L. Kashyap & Sons Limited (BLK) for its Tonino Lamborghini Residences project in Sector 71, Gurugram.

Located along Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), the premium branded residential development spans 12.40 acres and comprises 812 residences across five towers.

The construction contract covers the main structure of the residential project, including civil and structural work up to plaster level and part of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) work.

BLK will also undertake commercial and ancillary buildings along with associated construction activities.

The project includes four residential towers with three basements and 41 floors each. A fifth tower will have three basements, a ground floor and 39 floors.

The overall construction programme is expected to take five to six years.

Signature Global's co-founder and vice chairman Lalit Aggarwal said awarding the contract was an important step in moving the project from planning to execution.

He highlighted construction quality and delivery standards as key priorities.

Spread across 12.40 acres, Tonino Lamborghini Residences will comprise 812 premium homes in five residential towers.

The project follows a low-density configuration, with four residences planned per core to provide privacy and quieter living spaces.

The development marks the Tonino Lamborghini brand's entry into India's residential real estate market. It brings the brand's Italian design heritage and Total Living philosophy into a residential project in Gurugram.

According to Signature Global, Phase 1 of the project has been completely sold out, while Phase 2 has also been launched recently.

Tonino Lamborghini Residences is part of SG SPR Estate, an integrated destination being developed by Signature Global in Sector 71, Gurugram.
