UDI Group has completed the structural phase of four residential developments across the Czech Republic, Hungary and Serbia, marking a series of construction milestones for the developer’s regional portfolio.
The projects include the first phase of Urban Park Brno, Parkside in Budapest, and Lastavice West and Zvezdano Brdo in Belgrade. All four developments are progressing according to schedule towards handover to future residents.
The milestones span residential and mixed-use developments in three European markets.
UDI Group said the simultaneous progress reflects its ability to manage large-scale projects across different countries, supported by long-term planning, preparation and cooperation with banking partners.
Pavel Šemík, Group Treasury Director at UDI Group, said the progress confirms the strength of the group’s portfolio and its ability to deliver projects according to plan.
In Brno’s Husovice district, Urban Park is redeveloping a former industrial site into a mixed-use neighbourhood with housing, shops and services.
Its first phase will comprise 236 apartments, with completion scheduled for 2027.
The full development is expected to offer more than 1,000 apartments, with total investment reaching nearly CZK 4.5 billion.
The project is planned as a new urban neighbourhood, combining residential space with supporting commercial and service facilities.
Parkside is being developed in Budapest’s 13th district, next to Vizafogó Park.
The mixed-use project will comprise 324 apartments, a 152-room hotel and commercial space.
Completion is scheduled for 2028, with total investment of nearly CZK 3 billion.
The development brings residential, hospitality and commercial uses together within a single project, adding to UDI Group’s activity in Hungary.
