Vishal Mishra Buys Four Andheri Flats for Rs 22.25 Crore

Playback singer and music composer Vishal Mishra has purchased four residential apartments in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a total of Rs 22.25 crore.

The properties, located in Oberoi Sky Heights Co-operative Housing Society in Lokhandwala Complex, Oshiwara, have a combined built-up area of 4,058.21 sq ft, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

Four Apartments Acquired Across Two Floors

The transactions were registered on October 26, 2026. The four apartments were purchased from multiple sellers, with the combined super built-up area measuring 5,071 sq ft.

The largest purchase involves two apartments combined into a duplex across two floors. Mishra acquired the unit for approximately Rs 9.30 crore. It has a built-up area of 1,640.63 sq ft and a super built-up area of 2,050 sq ft.

The remaining three apartments were purchased for approximately Rs 4.27 crore, Rs 4.02 crore and Rs 4.67 crore, respectively. Their built-up areas measure 880.27 sq ft, 971 sq ft and 760.25 sq ft.

Transaction Includes Parking Spaces and Terraces

The four apartment purchases include three stilt parking spaces. The registration documents also record two terraces as part of the transactions.

A 565 sq ft terrace is attached to the combined duplex unit, while another terrace measuring 380 sq ft is attached to a separate apartment.

The total stamp duty paid for the transactions was Rs 1.33 crore.

Vishal Mishra and the sellers could not be reached for comment, according to the report.

Other Property Deals by Singers in Mumbai

The purchase comes amid other reported property transactions involving singers in Mumbai.

In October 2026, Salim Merchant and four other individuals purchased a commercial property across the ground and first floors of a building in Santacruz West for Rs 12.85 crore.

In August 2026, singer Shaan, whose full name is Shantanu Mukherji, and his wife Radhika Mukherji purchased three flats in Bandra West for Rs 47.64 crore.

In April 2026, Shreya Ghoshal, along with her parents, bought an apartment in Worli for Rs 29.70 crore.

Other transactions mentioned in the report include singer Jubin Nautiyal’s purchase of a 4 BHK apartment in Madh Island for Rs 4.94 crore in December 2024, and Rahul Krishna Vaidya’s acquisition of a 3,110 sq ft apartment for Rs 9 crore in October 2024.
