WSP Polska has signed a lease with Karimpol Polska for 1,105 sqm of office space on the 12th floor of Skyliner II in central Warsaw.
The space will serve as an additional WSP headquarters in the Polish capital, housing specialists working across engineering, infrastructure, environment and sustainable development. Newmark and Eversheds Sutherland represented WSP in the transaction.
CBRE and Argon Legal advised Karimpol.

Skyliner II is the second phase of Karimpol Group's flagship Warsaw development. It adds a second skyscraper to the Skyliner complex, bringing the total offering to 73,000 sqm of modern office and retail space.
