ATAL has launched the second phase of its Osiedle Przyjemne housing development in Gdansk. The new phase will add 107 apartments across three buildings.
The project is located on Flisykowskiego Street in the southern part of Gdansk.
It is designed to combine residential space with access to green areas and everyday services.
The second phase is part of a larger development planned for the area. The full Osiedle Przyjemne scheme is expected to include nine residential buildings and 317 apartments.
The apartments in the second phase will have different layouts and sizes.
The development is aimed at buyers with varied housing needs, including families.
The project will include a playground and walking areas. Some buildings will have views towards a nearby water reservoir. Large glazed balconies are also planned as part of the development.
The housing estate will border the planned South Park, which is expected to create additional access to green and recreational areas.
ATAL says the location will also provide convenient access to public transport and other parts of Gdansk.

Osiedle Przyjemne II is designed with a focus on outdoor space. Walking and cycling routes will be available near the development, while educational facilities and service outlets are also located nearby.
The project is intended to offer a balance between access to the city and a quieter residential setting.
The nearby water reservoir and planned park are key elements of the location.
ATAL's project information lists the second phase with 107 apartments and a planned completion in the second quarter of 2026. The company continues to market several residential projects across Gdansk.

The launch strengthens ATAL's presence in the Gdansk housing market. The developer currently offers multiple projects across the city, including ATAL Jasieny II and other phases of Osiedle Przyjemne.
ATAL Jasieny II, another Gdansk development, will add 72 apartments ranging from 26 to 101 square metres.
Construction is scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2026, according to the developer.
The continued rollout of residential projects highlights ATAL's focus on expanding its housing portfolio in the Tricity market.
