Household appliance manufacturer Mozano has leased nearly 4,600 square metres at MLP Business Park Łódź in Poland.
The new facility will support the company's growing operations and provide additional space for its expanding product portfolio.
The lease covers approximately 4,500 square metres of warehouse space and nearly 100 square metres of office and social facilities.
The completed building will be made available to Mozano through early access in September, with full handover planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.
Mozano Expands Logistics Capacity
Mozano produces a range of household appliances, including planetary mixers, blenders, electric grills, steamers and air dehumidifiers with air-purifying functions.
Growing sales volumes and a wider product range have increased the company's need for larger and better-organised logistics space.
The new facility will allow Mozano to improve operational processes and increase capacity for future growth.
The company also expects the relocation to provide better working conditions for its employees.
Remaining in the Widzew district was an important consideration for Mozano.
The company wanted to stay close to its existing headquarters to retain its workforce and maintain business continuity during the move.

MLP Business Park Łódź Offers 28,200 Sqm
MLP Business Park Łódź is MLP Group's second project in the Łódź region.
The development is being built on a 14.4-hectare site and will ultimately provide approximately 28,200 square metres of modern industrial and logistics space.
The park is located around 10 kilometres from central Łódź and has access to public transport.
It is approximately 4 kilometres from the A1 motorway through the Łódź Wschód junction, while the A2 motorway is around 25 kilometres away.

Project Targets BREEAM Excellent Certification
The business park has been designed with energy efficiency and user comfort in mind.
Buildings at the development are planned to receive BREEAM New Construction certification at the Excellent level.
The project includes green roofs, compensatory planting and bird nesting boxes.
More than half of the investment site is dedicated to green areas, while the buildings are prepared for photovoltaic installations.
The Mozano lease adds another occupier to the growing MLP Business Park Łódź tenant base and highlights demand for modern logistics space in the central Poland market.
