Rutkowski Group has completed its Ignatki Forest residential development in Ignatki-Osiedle, in Białystok county, Poland, after securing an occupancy permit for the project’s second phase.
The development comprises 121 apartments in a single four-storey building, with key handovers for buyers in the latest phase scheduled to begin in November.
The occupancy permit for the second phase covers stairwells three and four, which contain 75 apartments.
The first phase, comprising stairwells one and two and 46 apartments, received its occupancy permit in 2025. With the latest approval, the entire Ignatki Forest residential project is complete.
Rutkowski Group said ready-to-move-in apartments remain available for sale, with prices starting at PLN 9,100 per square metre. The homes range in size from 37 sq m to 96.9 sq m.
The development’s apartments include balconies with glass balustrades or ground-floor terraces.
Top-floor homes feature mezzanines and private roof terraces. The project also includes parking facilities, with 99 spaces in the underground garage and 26 surface parking spaces.
Residents have access to recreational areas and a children’s playground within the development. The project’s design and setting are intended to combine access to the city with a quieter residential environment.
Ignatki Forest is located next to Solnicki Forest and is approximately 15 minutes by car from the centre of Białystok.
Nearby amenities include Lidl and Biedronka supermarkets and bus stops, according to the developer’s announcement.
The location places the completed housing project within the Białystok agglomeration while providing residents with access to the adjoining forest. The development is part of Rutkowski Group’s residential activity in the region.
