The Telangana Housing Board will conduct an online lottery on November 3, 2026, to select beneficiaries for Indiramma Towers housing units in four assembly constituencies.

A separate mop-up lottery will take place on November 4 to allot vacant units from earlier allocation rounds.

Online Lottery for Indiramma Towers Beneficiaries

The November 3 e-lottery will select beneficiaries for flats proposed in Musheerabad, LB Nagar, Chandrayangutta and Goshamahal. Applications had been invited earlier, and preliminary scrutiny has been completed for the four constituencies.

Housing Board vice-chairperson VP Gautham said the lotteries would be conducted through an online system to ensure transparency.

The proceedings will be broadcast live on the Housing department’s YouTube channel and other social media platforms, allowing the public to watch the selection process.

Mop-Up Lottery to Allocate Vacant Housing Units

The Housing Board will hold a mop-up lottery on November 4 for vacant units across 16 other constituencies. These homes became available after some earlier allocations were cancelled following verification.

Field-level checks found that certain selected beneficiaries were ineligible. Some applicants were not residing in the respective constituencies, some could not make the required payments, and a few were found to already own houses.

The vacant units will be allotted to other eligible applicants from the existing list through the online mop-up lottery, according to Gautham.

Indiramma Houses Pilot Project

The Indiramma Towers allocation is part of the pilot project under the Indiramma Houses scheme. Construction of 480 houses was initiated in each assembly constituency within the Outer Ring Road limits, excluding the Cantonment area.

Beneficiaries had initially been selected through lotteries conducted in 16 constituencies from among eligible applicants.

Subsequent verification led to the identification of ineligible selections and the need to allot the remaining vacant housing units.
