Vision Developments Breaks Ground on Dubai Sera Garden

Vision Developments has officially broken ground on Sera Gardens by Vision, a 246-unit residential project in Dubai Production City.

Launched in May 2026, the development marks the company’s third project in the area and moves the residential scheme into active construction.

Sera Gardens Begins Construction in Dubai Production City

The groundbreaking ceremony brought together Vision Developments’ leadership, project partners and stakeholders to mark the start of construction. The project adds to the developer’s growing portfolio in Dubai.

Sera Gardens follows two earlier Vision Developments projects in Dubai Production City, both of which were fully sold out.

The company’s most recent project in the area, VISTA by Vision, reportedly sold out in less than seven hours, generating more than AED 350 million in sales.

246 Residential Units Across Multiple Apartment Types

Sera Gardens is planned as a G+P+8+R residential development comprising 246 apartments. Its residential offering includes studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, along with three-bedroom and four-bedroom duplexes.

The range of unit types provides different residential configurations within the same development. The project is designed around contemporary community living, with a collection of lifestyle amenities planned for residents.

Residential Amenities and Smart-Home Features

The development is set to include a swimming pool, gym, cinema, children’s play areas, a BBQ area, gaming facilities and a garden lounge.

These amenities are part of the project’s stated focus on community-oriented residential living.

Residences will also incorporate smart-home technology, including smart thermostats and smart door locks. The project is expected to offer views towards the greens of Jumeirah Golf Estates.

Vision Developments Expands Its Dubai Portfolio

Vision Developments said the start of construction represents a further step in moving its projects from launch into execution.

Co-Founder and CEO Eng. Masoud Al Zarooni said the company’s presence in Dubai Production City had been met with strong market demand and that the focus for Sera Gardens was now on delivery.

The company reported that it had seven projects under construction and five projects in the handover phase. Two of the latter had already been handed over during the year.

Sera Gardens adds to the developer’s pipeline of residential projects in Dubai.

The company said its developments are intended to deliver quality, timely completion and long-term residential and investment value.
