Dubai Property Firm Gifts Employee a Luxury Lamborghini

A Dubai-based real estate firm has gifted a Lamborghini Urus to one of its top-performing agents, Natalia Chavez, after she closed more than $500 million in sales over two years.

Daban Othman, founder and CEO of Richkey Properties, presented the luxury vehicle to Chavez during the company's third anniversary gala and awards night.

Chavez was named Richkey Properties' Top Performer of 2026 at the event.

She was initially called on stage to receive her trophy from Othman. However, as she prepared to return to her seat, the CEO stopped her and announced that there was another surprise.

A countdown and ribbon-cutting ceremony revealed a new blue Lamborghini Urus.

Chavez had expected to receive an award, but the company surprised her with the luxury car. A video of the presentation was shared on social media and attracted widespread attention.

The gift recognised Chavez's sales performance. According to the company's accompanying social media post, the award celebrated her achievements and described the occasion as a reward for her performance at Richkey Properties.

The Lamborghini was not the only recognition Chavez received during the anniversary celebration. She also walked away with four major awards after securing a series of top rankings during the year.

Her performance record included third place in the first quarter, followed by top performer titles in the second and third quarters. She also received the overall Top Performer of 2026 title.

Chavez spoke about her professional growth and said she recognised the company as a place where she could reach new milestones in her career.

Her achievement of more than $500 million in sales over two years was central to the recognition.
